Iowa City's Initiative to Foster Inclusion and Diversity
We welcome Regenia D. Bailey, M.A., M.B.A. Regenia is serving in her second term as an Iowa City City Council Member and her first term as Mayor. She is an alumnus of the Iowa City Area Chamber Leadership Program, and was recognized as a 'Woman of Influence' in 2006 by the Business Corridor Journal. Regenia has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 10 years. She is a nonprofit consultant and coach and works to develop leadership skills in organizations and individuals through her business, the Bailey Leadership Initiative. Regenia will present: what Iowa City is doing currently and future plans that foster inclusion and diversity. Regenia lives in an eighty year-old house in the north side neighborhod in Iowa City with her husband, Jay, and their two cats.
